Job Description

Budget Suites of America, established over two decades ago, is currently seeking motivated self starters to be part of our Maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining our facilities, to include the apartments, grounds and pools.

Apartment experience necessary. Must possess own tools and Transportation.

Duties required by position are as follows:

•Respond to residents request for service.
•Maintain the Entire facility
•Must perform basic carpentry, plumbing & painting
•Making apartments ready for occupancy
•Diagnose problems and make necessary repairs as needed
•Preventive maintenance on property and apartments

•At least 2 years experience
•Knowledge of drywall repair, plumbing & carpentry
•EXCELLENT time management skills
•Ability to work with limited supervision
•EXCELLENT attention to detail
•HVAC/Pool Certification a plus
