Job Description:

Budget Suites of America, established over two decades ago, is currently seeking Courtesy Patrol Officers, responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of the property.

Duties required by this position are as follows:

Patrol the perimeter and exterior of the property

Observe and Report incidents and safety issues on property

Report directly to the General Manager of the property

Must be able to Walk, Stand and Climb stairs for long periods of time

Ability to Document written reports

Must be able to Provide Court Testimony when necessary

Write trespass warnings

Light Maintenance Duties where safety issues are required

Skills / Requirements

Requirements of this position:

Must carry a Texas Department of Public Safety Commission card

Must have law enforcement, military or 5 year security background
