Profile: Holland Lake Nursing Center

HOLLAND LAKE NURSING CENTER offers a warm, comfortable home-like setting for our residents. HOLLAND LAKE NURSING CENTER can accommodate residents in a Medicare/Medicaid licensed facility that can provide individualized skilled and long-term care in a smoke-free environment.

Resident care is directed by an interdisciplinary team of medical professionals. This includes but is not limited to a Medical Director, advisory physicians, (24 hour) licensed nursing care, a dietitian, activity director, social worker, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists.

At HOLLAND LAKE NURSING CENTER our goal is to provide the quality care and services that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of each of our residents.
