Profile: West Side Campus of Care

West Side Campus of Care is located minutes from the Fort Worth Hospital District. Our center seeks to excel in providing 24 hour skilled nursing care. The Wellness and Rehabilitation Center assists individuals who need a short term stay after an illness or surgery before getting back into the community. We are also able to provide care for those individuals who require long-term care.

We have a 42 bed Wellness and Rehabilitation Unit designed exclusively for patients whose primary goal is to return home as quickly and safely as possible.

For our Long Term Care Services, these units offer private and semi-private rooms, beautiful common areas as well as several landscaped courtyard areas.
