Ray Karam creates new flavors of ice cream for a living. He eats about 5-10oz of his creations every day. Over half of the flavors featured in the Cold Stone stores around the world have been a result of Ray's innovative research and development efforts. The oddest flavor he's ever created has been a sushi wasabi. He began his career journey as a teacher, only to reconnect with a childhood calling; the dairy business.
