LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) was Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), LEED provides building owners and operators a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions. LEED is flexible enough to apply to all building types, commercial as well as residential.

Joel Dickinson started off his professional journey in the many of us do, apathetic. He dropped out of school and wound up taking a job in road construction. While Joel liked the work he began to wonder about his desire to pursue it long term. Ten years after dropping out Joel went back to school and chased down a dream. Here's his story.
