Marketing Coordinator

Agility 360 is looking for a recent college graduate to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s digital presence and online properties for brand awareness, lead generation, and SEO. The Marketing Coordinator will organize and create online content, manage social media posts, and develop targeted promotion strategies. The ideal candidate will have an understanding and passion for online/digital marketing as well as a high level of creativity, energy, and ability to work in an entrepreneurial setting.

Primary day-to-day responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Create and implement digital strategy to optimize lead generation and brand awareness
  • Manage and organize content to build SEO and enhance company brand
  • Integrate website, social media and other digital properties
  • Support development of testing strategies to optimize website and landing pages
  • Administer and coordinate Google Analytics, company sales, and consumer research data
  • Manage and develop scorecards and metrics
  • Help establish business requirements for tagging and testing
  • Create and optimize digital creative for media campaigns (email, landing pages)
  • Ongoing optimization and site evaluation to align with the evolving needs of targeted customers
  • Drive timelines and manage competing agendas in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

Position-Specific Skills Required

  • Understand strategic and technical fundamentals of social media marketing and SEO
  • SEO/SEM experience
  • Understanding of marketing best practice
  • Excellent written and oral communication

Education/Training Required

  • Two years of experience or training in Digital Media Marketing preferred
  • Some experience in digital, content marketing, and consumer-focused online experiences
  • Some experience developing and optimizing digital content
  • Proven ability to work creatively in entrepreneurial, non-conventional work environment
