Production Services Lead

This position will be located at our Plano, TX, technology center only. No remote or virtual options
The role is for a hands-on Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Analyst. The individual will be a part of the CSI team, creating and delivering improvements for all of ECTO. The person will work closely with the Application Development, QA, UAT, Application Support team and other technology partners. The person will develop Tableau dashboards for the Operational Excellence team.
May include Weekend and Holidays, and occasional off hour support required.
Required Job Skills
- 5+ years of Information Technology experience
- 3+ years of Tableau experience and dashboard development
- 3+ years of database experience (SQL, Oracle)
- Strong ability to write efficient database queries
- Strong ability to extract data from different database sources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving background
- Strong process framework (ITIL) experience
