Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for managing a wide range of marketing processes and projects including interactions with sales, product development, and customer service departments to ensure that the collateral and other communications reflect brand of the company accurately. In addition to a range of administrative and marketing support duties, this person will work to execute on projects and initiatives within the marketing department across all of lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting Marketing and Product teams in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing projects.
• Coordinating in production of a wide range of marketing communications including development, editing and ordering of needed materials.
• Coordinate and execute marketing projects by following project plans, coordinating resources and working across multiple departments.
• Executing a wide variety of details that involve direct marketing, email campaigns, marketing trade shows and events, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.
• Monitoring and managing blogs and social media accounts for communications related to the company, industry and competitors
• Assisting in the creative development to satisfy business needs.
• Tracking campaign performance, reviewing performance reports and tracking activity for corrective modifications through a marketing automation platform.
• Maintaining communication open lines with all internal departments and external partners while providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely information.
• Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines through presentations, sales scripts, and proposals across all departments.
• Reviewing the company website regularly to provide appropriate updates and corrections to content and images.
• Utilizing project management tracking system to ensure transparency of project progression with marketing colleagues.
• Supporting channel collaborations with collateral, sales training and best practices.
• Assisting in the development of lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives.
• Working with the sales team and customers in developing case studies, references, and testimonials.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing position in a corporate environment or equivalent internship experience
• Intermediate background in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
• Experience maintaining corporate social media accounts
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, Pardot experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn new programs and tasks quickly
• Strong people skills & communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work with a team as well as individually
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent proofing skills
• Flexible, creative, energetic, detail oriented and with a positive attitude.
• PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
