Our OSC facilities print millions of billing statements every month, so we have various types of operator roles which include insert and print. In addition, we offer various shifts to support your lifestyle.

After your application has been reviewed, you will be requested to take an online assessment.  You will need to complete the assessment in order to be considered for the roles we are actively hiring for. Position Details:

Insert Operator: Operates and maintains an Inserting machine that cuts, folds, and inputs statements into envelopes. Pre-sorts finished envelopes according to USPS regulations.

Printer Operator: Operates and maintains an industrial-sized, roll-to-roll printer that continuously prints millions of cable, utilities, and health care billing statements every month.

Shift Availability:

1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
3rd Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am

Most of our operator positions work a standard Monday-Friday with rotating overtime one weekend day every couple of weeks.

Job Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successfully complete and pass online Assessment
  • Ability to reach, lift, and carry boxed materials and paper webs weighing between 25 to 45 lbs.
  • Occasional push and pull with forces upwards of 57 lbs necessary to maneuver loaded carts and pallet jacks. 
  • Stand/walk for 95% of shift
