Job Description Summary:

Job Description:

Provide a high level of customer service support to the organization and the facilities team by answering incoming phone calls and dispatching facilities maintenance personnel when necessary. Run monthly and quarterly reports on maintenance and housekeeping hours and materials. Handle business correspondence including proposals, expense statements, and purchase orders. Responsible for payroll processing for all employees using the Kronos system.
Handles accounts payable for vendors not in our Vendor Maintenance system. Serve as a liaison for the account, outside vendors, and the Corporate Office.

Assist with administrative functions for the office, including invoice coding and processing, and time keeping.

Maintain and manage work order tracking software for the site.
