Would you like to join Fortune 7 CVS Health’s dynamic MMCS team? To work with the latest Agile technologies in our journey to transformation Healthcare?
The Agile Transformation Director is a multi-faced, leadership role focused on driving agile transformation within the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with development leaders to establish agile development roadmaps for each application/team and drive execution and ensure completion.
In addition, you will use your skill set to mentor others and act as a scrum master if needed as well as educate business and IT organizations on standard methodologies of respective Agile models.

Core Responsibilities below:

* You will drive Agile adoption within each application tower in a maintainable\sustainable way
* You will partner with the XP lab area and the Project Management Office on evolving existing standards and models.
* You will actively look at areas to remove waste and improve productivity

Required Qualifications
* You will have 5 years’ experience executing agile transformation in a large matrixed organization.
* You will have 3-5 years of experience implementing technologies that enable Devops\agile applications. Example Jenkins, GitLab, Chef, Puppet, JUnit, PCF, etc
* You will have 5 years’ experience in a leadership capacity with high performing teams.
* You will have experience with architecture changes for both newer and older technologies.
* You will have a development background with Cobol, Java, .NET, Etc.
* You will have Scrum Master knowledge
* You must be able to travel up to 10%

* Thinks and acts strategically and pushes beyond the borders of the traditional framework to evolve the organization and process
* Makes sound business decisions and has an ability to establish compelling business cases
* Ability to influence without authority and drive the optimal outcome
* Ability to challenge the status quo and drive important questions/discussions with peers, partners, clients, and leaders
* Strong ability to distill complex topics into understandable presentations for multiple audiences. Story telling is of critical importance.
* Healthcare/PBM strong industry knowledge.

Bachelors degree required.
