Job Description
In the Administrative Assistant / Office Manager position, you will provide office support to Senior Level leader, additional leaders and staff (the office has roughly 200-250 employees). You will oversee all administrative tasks including travel arrangements, correspondence distribution and directing telephone calls for the Senior Level Leaders. The Administrative Assistant will handle incoming and outgoing mail/faxes as well as compile, prepare and complete meeting materials for Information Technology using MS PowerPoint to develop presentations. You will also update and maintain certain reports and documentation for Senior Leader.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Coordinate schedules including: calendars for multiple levels of management and travel arrangements
- Manage departmental purchase orders and reconciliation of the Pcard
- Overseeing expense reports for management
- Provide organization support including presentation development and other tasks as needed
- Assist staff in gaining system access and reporting system/technical issues
- Analyze, summarize and develop reports on various monthly performance trends
- Provide support for office supplies and managing maintenance for office machines
- Enter, track, and monitor Expense and Capital Requisitions within budget

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience required in similar sized organization
- Must have experience setting up meetings, preparing meeting materials, and updating PowerPoint presentations,
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills required
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, and managing multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years experienced preferred
- Quickly learn the organization need and assist the executive in managing the meeting and travel logistics
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other team members in the organization, administrative staff in technology and business organization.

Education
- High School diploma required
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
