This role is an essential component to planning and ensuring timely execution of new client implementations and existing client activities and re-implementations. Colleague is responsible for owning a project timeline and for improvement projects that are critical to the success of all current and future EGWP clients. Depending on seasonal implementation volume and client activity, colleague would be held accountable for managing projects for anywhere from 20-30 new and existing clients, each of which could entail upwards of 5,000 to 25,000 member lives.
Role requires multiple interactions, as colleague must build cross-functional partnerships to ensure that all EGWP business owners understand and are held accountable for their respective project responsibilities and deadlines.
Individual will ultimately ensure that CVS Health and SilverScript uphold compliance with CMS guidelines for timely member effectiveness in our systems. In addition, this role will ensure success of the EGWP Enrollment team as the primary owner/administrator of all enrollment materials and client documentation for the department. This includes responsibility for managing and delivering all implementation and other process-related information, which is key to ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely service delivery to our clients.
Finally, colleague will be responsible for maintaining and understanding roughly 50-60 client Performance Guarantees and service warrantees, communicating the terms of which to the rest of the EGWP Enrollment team.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in maintaining long-term detailed project plans from initial planning through execution; proven ability to create and monitor measures to chart the progress and impact of assignments
- 1-2 years of intermediate experience using MS Excel; project management software application experience (i.e.: MS Project) is a plus
- analytical experience interpreting data and communicating findings
- Ability to create/manipulate Gantt charts, and/or other project planning tools/diagrams, with ability to clearly communicate statuses and results
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and keen ability to influence others in order to gain buy-in from internal partners
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results and execute on business critical tasks with a sense of urgency about getting results and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to shift priorities and rapidly adjust focus with the needs of the business
