Maintains system database files, dashboard, workflow and analytics of the HRIS modules and Payroll System? (Workday)
Develops and maintains knowledge of how all modules of the system relate to each other in the system?
Develops and implements workflows to enable employee and manager self-service on people-related transactions?
Evaluates, tests, and implements HRIS/Payroll systems enhancements and upgrades as well as analyzes data and provides analytical reports to internal customers?
Manages employee databases and all associated HRIS/Payroll projects for enhancements and changes?
Understands system requirements and ensures administration of data alignment with HRIS, Payroll and legal requirements?
Leads systems update projects, trains others in use and administration?of systems?
Develops and implements procedures to ensure data integrity?
Identifies, understands, and communicates all systems updates and events to colleagues?
Recommends adoption of future systems enhancements??
Works closely with users, including new hires, to support, train, improve system functionality & assist with future implementations?
Troubleshoots?and proposes solutions to system-related problems and issues??
Acts as Security Administrator responsible for all phases of system security including but not limited to password resets?
Acts as change agent to leverage the HR systems?
Ensures compliance with internal control standards and regulatory requirements?
Supports the execution of SOX, internal audits, external and government audits?
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as needed by management and accounting/finance?
3-5 years’ experience in HRIS or HR Generalist functions
- Prior system implementation experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools
- This position requires 3- 5 years' experience with Workday (Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, building and editing business processes etc)
- This position requires proficiency with all Workday HCM Modules
- High level of interpersonal and customer service skill and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong familiarity with technology use policies and practices
- Ability to interpret information and data to make business decisions and recommendations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or relevant field. Equivalent work experience can be substituted for this requirement.
PHR or SHRM-CP a plus

Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
Ability to work in a confined area.
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
