    Position Summary

    Love barbecue? Want to be part of a busy location of a growing brand? Have restaurant bar experience and the ability to lead a team to top performance? Then this is the position for you! A new flagship location, including a full bar, is expected to be top sales performer in the nation located in DFW airport! The Bar Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations and assist in the management of the restaurant in this premier location. This position requires the ability to pass a series of background checks and willingness to work nights and weekends as the business needs.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Drive sales and profitability through direct management and compliance to standards
    • Interpret information from reporting systems; identify missed opportunities and develop actionable tactics to achieve increased results
    • Source, hire and train bar staff to best represent the Brand
    • Provide excellent guest service
    • Increase year over year sales
    • Decrease costs while still achieving the highest level of store success in labor, cost of goods and other controllable costs
