    ?The Supplier Management Analyst II is responsible for the administration and relationship of corporate suppliers. This position reports on the performance of suppliers. The position evaluates new suppliers, negotiates contracts and selects the best supplier for the company. The position recommends changes to improve processes and procedures. The Supplier Management Analyst II ensures all policy requirements are met.



    • Perform review of and negotiate contracts for corporate suppliers
    • Review and report on supplier performance
    • Processing invoices including verifying pricing, validating bandwidth changes, verifying bill start date (new services) and bill end date (disconnects), verifying contractual credits
    • Submitting billing disputes and following to resolution including receipt of credit
    • Maintaining inventory and historical database of all services and activity
    • Monitor vendor compliance including Service Level Agreements
    • Be the central liaison between the supplier and the internal business unit for communication and relationship management to assist in resolving supplier related issues
    • Obtain quotes from suppliers and assist with RFP solicitations
    • Produce well documented processes and procedures for supplier functions
    • Maintain the accuracy of the supplier profile and records within management database
    • Produce detailed reporting



    • Management of telecommunications-related aspects from cradle to grave including quote, contract, order, provisioning, delivery, billing, invoicing, disconnects, and inventory management preferred
    • Telecom voice services (POTs, PRI, SIP) and data services (PIP, IDE, Optical Wave, Dedicated Ethernet) experience preferred


    • Extensive project management and status reporting
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Access
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines


    • Bachelor’s Degree ?in Accounting or Finance preferred


    • 2-4 years in a Supplier Management Department, Purchasing Department or functionally related area required
