Job Title: Donated Goods/Retail Administrative Assistant
Locations: Campus Location --- 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas 76119
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Work Hours: FT (40 Hrs. per Week) 8:00 A.M. thru 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday

General Job Duties: Provide administrative support (typing/data entry, copying, faxing, printing, scanning, shredding, creating documents/labels, filing/record keeping, developing/delivering handouts/information, and maintaining office suppliers) to the Donated Goods and Retail Departments in order to optimize productivity as well as maintain file system/company historical archives (photos/videos, annual reports, files, etc.). Serve as point of contact for customer service of retail consumers and walk-ins; maintain all logs, and accurately gather relevant data for audits. Other duties as assigned.
Special Requirements: Must have H.S diploma or GED, and experience working in office environment; and be self-motivated with strong administrative and communication skills; able to work with all organizational levels and individuals with barriers and/or disadvantage. Able to provide own transportation to off-site facilities as necessary.
