Job Title:    Retail Operations Manager

Locations:      Store 18-Cleburne-1106 W. Henderson, Cleburne, Tx 76033

Work Hours:    FT-Days and Hours vary

Salary:    Depends on Experience

General Job Duties: Implements and administers sales strategies including inventory, display, fiscal and personnel scheduling for the purpose of maximizing the resources provided in operating the total retail store. Supervises assigned personnel to include hiring, terminating, discipline, scheduling, and training to insure an efficient operation of the day to day activities of the retail store including production. Oversees the daily maintenance and care of the physical store for the purpose of providing a safe, secure, and orderly facility to the benefit of customers and employees alike.  Must insure that all safety and first aid training requirements are met. Implements and maintains a system of record keeping including but not limited to:  disciplinary documentation of employees, injury reporting and departmental report generation which is responsive to the requirements of Goodwill as well as to Federal, State, and private agencies with a need to know.

 SKILLS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: At least three (3) years experience in retail or a similar active industry with more than one year supervisory responsibilities.  Strong math and communication capabilities with leadership skills demonstrated in previous employment and/or position.  Must be able to adapt and manage change.  Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other team members, coach/train peers or team members and guide team members with disabilities and the disadvantaged.   Must have proven computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office.  Ability to use Point-of-Sale (POS), operate Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal and to instruct employees in the proper use of same.  Operate computerized pricing and inventory system.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:  Sufficiently mobile to work in the entire facility and grounds as well as the ability to travel to corporate or other locations, as requested.   May be required to stand or be in a stationary position for long periods of time. Open availability to work varying schedule one hour prior to store opening and one hour after store closing 7 days a week. 

 LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Valid Texas Drivers License or Texas ID, drug screen, and background check.
