Job Description


Experience Type:


  • Review federal, state and international income tax returns 
  • Facilitate the preparation of federal, state and international tax returns by working with outside consultants
  • Review the quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and financial statements 
  • Implement internal procedures to ensure full SOX and audit compliance
  • Assist with the preparation of schedules and documents necessary for the accurate and complete reporting of financial results of the Company 
  • Manage global transfer pricing methodology and BEPS compliance, including Country-by-Country Reporting, Master File and various Local Files
  • Assist with due diligence and structuring of any acquisitions made
  • Perform extensive tax research and manage various tax planning projects
  • Assist with the ongoing implementation and compliance with the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017
  • Assist with the monitoring and analysis of new tax laws, regulations, and court cases to ensure the Company’s compliance with federal, state, and international requirements
  • Liaise with the Los Angeles and London Accounting and Finance teams, HR, Legal, Payroll, Business and other Corporate Departments to answer questions and help the whole business move forward


  • 6+ years at a large public accounting firm in federal or international corporate tax or special tax projects and planning
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting , CPA
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job
  • Proficiency in the use of PC software tools for reports, analysis and audits
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization
  • Ability to work independently and meet simultaneous project deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
