This role will be responsible for supporting the Interstate Associates Relations Center functions; Payroll, HRIS (Workday), and Total Rewards (Benefits), as the initial response level for issues. The HR Help Desk Coordinator will support Interstate’s field associates by resolving, responding, and following up on calls and helpdesk tickets within company standards.



  • Correct/Supply Badge numbers for the field
  • Identify integration issues to proactively resolve
  • Identify PTO fallout/accrual issues
  • Act as security administrator or BSI, iPay, Pay Cards, iReports, TimeSaver, and Compliance users
  • Generate reports for field associates
  • Respond to requests as needed

HRIS (Workday)

  • Support the hire/rehire process
  • Create/move supervisory organizations
  • Assist with system job changes and/or terminations
  • Transactional support when needed

Total Rewards (Benefits)

  • Liaison between company benefits administrator for enrollment issues, statues changes, benefit refund requests, and connection password resets
  • Support LOA Specialist with administrative duties including assisting with providing and collecting appropriate paperwork and being a liaison to the impacted hotel
  • Assist with COBRA Subsidiary/Reimbursements
  • Respond to requests as needed
