Summary:

Key member of a team dedicated to providing real estate strategy, transactional services (both new stores and existing assets), financial and qualitative analysis, and account management of mall retailer.

Able to effectively supervise or manage the projects of Associates, Senior Analysts and Analysts, and external stakeholders (ie, client, legal, brokers, etc.).

Can handle complex projects. Thinks strategically and acts proactively. Engenders strong client trust and confidence.

Provides timely and honest feedback on Clients, prospects and workload. Is proactive in growing Client’s and Jones Lang LaSalle’s business.

Responsibilities:

Proactively manage a client’s mall real estate portfolio through strategic planning, new store acquisition, and existing asset management

Maintain excellent local knowledge and in-depth understanding of enclosed malls and lifestyle centers.

Independently manage a large number of complex, large and mid-size retail transactions with a high level of proficiency and knowledge and timely fashion to client satisfaction

Establish client satisfaction objectives with the CRM and /or Account Executive as well as specific

programs and initiatives to meet client needs

Manage the administrative responsibilities associated with Retail Transaction Management services, including directing/managing support and analyst staff as required

Hire and manage co-brokers for selected lease transactions as required

Effectively translates a client’s business objectives into real estate strategies and execute seamlessly on those strategies

Establishing strong and effective relationships with clients

Help the CRM or AE, as applicable, expand account services

Develop and implement best practices

Effectively prioritize individual time and client needs for maximum ROI

Proactive client relationship management – deliver solutions that resonate and translate with individual

client needs

Requirements:

Must have minimum of 6 - 10 years MALL or lifestyle real estate experience with a national retailer or landlord

Ability to travel up to 15-30% of time, sometimes with short notice

Preferred College degree

Real Estate License

Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting are imperative
