If you also have the flexibility to switch gears to train and coach learners and have a desire to develop your instructional design skills with an experienced mentor, this may be the opportunity for you!

    You will join an interdependent, fun, engaged team that is focused on delivering high-quality solutions for our employees. This role will report to the Regional Director of Programs, and the right individual will be responsible for:

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with Regional Director Programs, subject matter experts (SMEs) and learners to author interactive eLearning courses
    • Developing step-by-step documents that guide learners through the application of learned concepts
    • Creating instructional materials including instructor/participant guides, calendars and slides
    • Providing support to learners in the form of 1-1 and small group online training
    • Reviewing and revising existing training content to meet the changing needs of learners
    • Partnering with Regional Directors of Learning and Talent Development to analyze the needs of organizational leadership along and the needs of the individual learners to design training that meets defined objectives
    • Partnering with the Regional Director of Programs to continuously evaluate courses and programs. Using feedback to make on-the-spot changes to improve training materials
    • Interacting daily with team members and stakeholders to collaborate and solve problems
    • Creating content with a high attention to detail. Managing multiple projects with frequent priority shifts with minimal supervision
    • Participating in and encouraging a collegial, helpful, results-driven working environment
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    Essential experience for the role includes:

    • 0 - 2 years of experience in training or instructional design and/or a BA or BS from an accredited undergraduate program focused on adult learning or a related field
    • Demonstrated proficiency with training technologies including Adobe InDesign, Articulate Storyline, Video/Audio Editing software, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and G Suite
    • Educated in and experience with the practical application of adult learning theories
    • Ease of learning new technologies and demonstrating them for others
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with a positive attitude and customer focus
    • Demonstrated ability to create concise and creative training materials
    • The ability to work independently and for several hours at a computer
    • “Can Do” attitude with entrepreneurial spirit
