Job Description
As a member of the F-35 Electronic Warfare / Counter Measures (EW/CM) team, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting activities associated with the development, integration and maturation of the EW/CM system for use on 5th Gen fighter aircraft. Responsibilities include defining and documenting engineering requirements, writing specifications, developing analysis plans, developing analysis tools, coordinating with the EW Principal Engineer and other key stakeholders, and interfacing / coordinating with various F-35 JPO personnel, for Follow on Modernization (FoM) activities.

The Selected candidate shall have a firsthand operational knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems, including fundamental EW related performance techniques, modes of operation, and an understanding of fully integrated EW systems for advanced aircraft platforms. They shall be familiar with Software Problem Anomaly Report (SPARs) and have experience managing suppliers.
**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**

Basic Qualifications
• Experience in Electronic Warfare operations, implementation, or aircraft integration

• MATLAB and/or C++ for analysis tool development

Desired skills
- Familiarity with JSF avionics suite and systems engineering processes
- JSF program clearance
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate between the program, customer and suppliers. Ability to convey technical data in concise messages and presentations.
- Experience with Laboratory, Field and Flight Test of EW Systems and Electronic Counter Measure Systems, testing and evaluating Operational Flight Program (OFP) as well as Mission Data File (MDF) and Stimulator programming experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate between program, customer and suppliers.
- Proficient with MATLAB, Microsoft Office products including Excel spreadsheet, scheduling and Database applications
