Training Operational Effectiveness: Defines & develops internal processes that cover all departmental activities. Serves as the central POC for all audits concerning Learning & Development. Provides guidance to all stakeholders concerning training needs and provides all responses to corrective actions that concern training. Assists operations leads across all sites to streamline activities. Standardizes all operating procedures across all sites to ensure all departmental procedures are followed. Measures success by providing metrics inputs for department. Manage overall training delivery process to include scheduling (30, 60, 90 days), course/curriculum structures, and customer support. Serves on all meetings/boards/working groups that have an impact on the training process (staffing, technical review boards, ramp to rate). Assists Operations Lead in delegating technical specification changes, course requests, course changes, and customer support requirements to domain leads.

Performance Consulting: Consults with client organization to design of learning solutions in various delivery modes (instructor-led, blended approaches, etc.) to address business/performance needs, often partnering with internal and external development resources. Supports diagnosing organization/performance needs, gaps and root causes to determine knowledge, skills and behaviors required to achieve desired performance.

Facilitation: Establishes and directs a training system and/or conducts classroom and practical instruction to provide technical knowledge for the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of aircraft, aircraft systems, ground equipment, tools, test equipment, stores and facilities, according to established procedures.

Content Curation & Measurement: Establishes and directs the maintenance of a company-wide training and qualification record system. Maintains currency in technical developments, technical training, and audiovisual techniques including the maintenance of company aircraft instruction manuals. Coordinates all required technical training and outside contract sales technical training programs. Writes, edits, and produces materials for technical instruction. Implements instructional measurement strategies and participates in monitoring/updating learning and performance solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience leading and executing process and operational improvement projects recommending changes to improve efficacy, preferably in Learning and Development
- Demonstrated knowledge of the field/discipline of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations
- Demonstrated experience consulting with an assigned client organization on Human Resources, and Learning and Development topics
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives, including developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing corresponding communication plans, identifying of milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results
- Demonstrated experience delivering results for the business in partnership with Human Resource’s Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other organizations as needed
- Demonstrated ability and experience facilitating groups to identify process strengths or gaps, create solutions, and train others
- Demonstrated ability to lead change
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
- Must demonstrate basic financial acumen
- Demonstrated experience using relevant software tools/ solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
