Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) PAC-3/MSE Project Management and Planning Operations (PMPO) is seeking an energetic PMPO Representative Staff Member to engage in the new and exciting Poland Offset program called WISLA (pronounced; veez wa). This position is expected to engage in, learn and support various production processes for less than one (1) year TDY working in Lufkin, TX to become a subject matter expert in mechanical/electrical assembly and testing of the Enhanced Launcher Electronics System (ELES) and Junction Box (J-Box) assemblies as part of the Command Launcher System (CLS) of PAC-3. This candidate will also garner technical expertise in Grand Prairie, TX from Sustainment Operations learning recert and post production practices. The expectation is for this candidate to transition to a two (2) year Expat assignment in Poland after the TDY in Lufkin. The Expat will be responsible for all Production Operations activities in Poland including infrastructure guidance and modifications, materials receiving and inventory set-up, manufacturing work station development, tooling implementation, manufacturing data package transfer, skills training support and technical problem solving.
Properly coordinates strategies with the PMPO Manager to implement design and manufacturing of all tooling and support test equipment, facilitating foreign supplier’s factories and develops a comprehensive roadmap for future production requirements and opportunities.
The responsibilities for this position have potential for growth as the WISLA Program ramps up through execution, transferring technology and know-how to Poland manufacturing industries.

Specific Requirements:
The position is based in Grand Prairie, TX and focuses on the PMPO team in support of the execution phases of various International PAC-3 projects. This position includes responsibilities coordinating and managing the interests of Production Operations and specific requirements generated from Statement of Works for each Polish supplier. These requirements include oversight of all Poland in country infrastructure modifications, manufacturing tooling, test equipment, production processes, skills training and the manufacturing data package.
Lead, motivate, support and facilitate self-directed work teams and interact with internal and external customers to support time-sensitive results in a complex manufacturing environment.
Communication and collaboration with multi-functional groups within several LMMFC facilities personnel and domestic suppliers is essential.
Must establish and maintain a steady business rhythm according to the requirements of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and report up to Project Management the weekly status and progress.

Basic Qualifications
Ability to obtain a security clearance

Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customer

Demonstrates effective communication skills including verbal, listening, technical writing and presentations

Prior experience in Operations Engineering

Results oriented behavior

Desired skills
Bachelors or higher degree in an engineering discipline

Current Active Secret Clearance

Experience with development programs

International Traffic in Arms Regulations practices
