Job Description
Based in Ft Worth, assist the Iraq F-16 Senior Program Manager in directing all phases of post-production support for Iraqi F-16s.

Provide oversight on all phases of three prime contracts and numerous supplier contracts.

Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of Iraq F-16 programs or subsystems of major programs.

Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.

Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.

Represents the Program Manager to the customer and internal stakeholders on program activities, assists in program review sessions with customer and internal stakeholders to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance as directed by the Senior Program Manager.

Develops mechanisms for monitoring program progress and for intervention and problem solving by working directly with all stakeholders, to include: the 90 person deployed team at Tucson, the 250 person deployed team in Iraq and Greeneville SC to ensure the program meets contracted flying and pilot training requirements and support to daily flying operations.

Program scope covers base level flying operations (flight operations, F-16 maintenance and base level and wholesale level supply) at Tucson and in-country Iraq.

Support of Lockheed Martin F-16 Instructor Pilots in providing Mission Qualification training to Iraqi Air Force F-16 Pilots and maintenance training up to 750 Iraqi F-16 technicians in various disciplines.

Establishes deadlines, milestones and monitors adherence to plans and established timelines, identifies program risks/opportunities, problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

This candidate will be a member of the F-16 Iraq Program Management (PMO) Team assisting the Senior Program Manager.

The candidate will be assigned as a project management in the strategic planning, development, implementation and execution of the F-16 Iraq CLS III and IV contracts.

The candidate will be required to develop approaches and solutions to assigned work.

The candidate will focus on development of an Integrated Master Schedule to include focus on forecasting of and meeting contractual requirements to include on-time delivery of all contract requirements.

The candidate will apply extensive expertise Tasks include, but not limited to: F-16 Iraq proposal planning and execution, integrated master schedule management, on-time delivery management.

Tasks also include establishing and developing operational plans for executing critical milestones, Government customer interface activities, technical planning and internal/external coordination.

The candidate will perform technical, operational and business coordination between F-16 Iraq Program Management Team, F-16 Supply Chain Management teams and other internal functions to ensure horizontal and vertical integration within and between the teams.

Candidate will be supporting the F-16 Iraq program. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Candidate will be required to occasionally travel to Iraq (CSAR 5) country for short periods.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

CAM experience.

Experience with cross-functional team building and coordination.

International Experience

Experience with aircraft logistics and knowledge of USAF logistics and flying operations or equivalent.

Experienced in working in support of international business operations, and be aware of US laws and regulations (such as ITAR, EAR, FCPA, etc.) and LM Aero and LM Corp policies pertaining to conducting business in an international location

Training experience

ILIAS experience

Strong written and oral communication skills.
