Job Description
Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. Candidate will be expected to assist with the development of Overhead budgets for all Production Operations departments and for the Quality organization. Throughout the year, these budgets will be tracked against monthly and year to date actuals. Additional tasks include, but are not limited to, rates and factors analysis, capacity assessments, trend analysis and other process improvement activities. Additionally, the job includes Direct manpower Long Range planning for Production, Production Engineering, Production Planning and Controls, various other departments that are a part of Production Operations, and the Quality organization. The candidate will be a member or leader of one or more Performance Management Teams (PMT) and will be expected to drive continuous improvements projects and capture cost savings. Finally, the candidate will be required to present actuals versus budget analysis monthly, quarterly, and annually and provide cost recommendations to senior management.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance-related field or similar degree in Industrial Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
- Ability to obtain US Government issued security clearance
- Budget development and tracking
- Long Range Planning and/or Manpower Forecasting

Desired skills
- Ability to create and deliver Financial presentations to senior management
- Experience using SAP systems
- Lean Six Sigma experience or education
