We are looking for extraordinary people for 2nd shift!
- Repair flaws on doors, using available tools.
- Place repaired doors back on proper stack.
- Place unrepairable doors in “rejects” pile.
- Carry rejected doors to Trim Saw Tagger and notify them to reject doors.
- Review production tickets and work oldest ticket first.
- Operate a planer, sander, hammer, wood chisel, putty knife and glue gun.
- Inspect and efficiently repair doors ensuring high quality on all repairs.
- Stack doors on pallets and move doors through repair station to next workstation expeditiously.
- Constantly utilize safe work practices when handling, moving, cutting and stacking doors.
- Keep work area safe and clean. Conduct cleanup at the end of shift

Shifts: Most locations have several shifts to choose from.
High School diploma or GED is required.
2 years of experience in an industrial setting is preferred
Have a good work history and attendance record
Understand that working safely while producing a quality product is the #1 priority
Ability to read and interpret job orders
Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and stand on feet for 8-10 hour shifts
Possess basic math skills, including fractions and the ability to read a tape measure
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
