Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator to work with our aviation group. Responsibilities include coordinating the proposal development process; working with technical staff to create marketing materials; performing quality control reviews; archiving proposal content and other marketing materials; participating in interview preparation; coordinating events; assisting with annual marketing planning efforts for assigned group. A valid driver’s license and some travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable: bachelor’s degree in business administration, journalism, English, communication, marketing, or related field plus two years of relevant work experience; associate degree in business administration, journalism, English, communication, marketing, or related field plus four years of relevant work experience; no degree plus six years of relevant work experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: leading proposal submissions (RFPs, RFQs); Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator); Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word); CRM databases, including Deltek Vision; proofing/editing long documents. Experience working in the A/E/C or aviation industry is also a plus.
