The North Central Texas Emergency Communications District (NCT9-1-1) is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your knowledge and skills to educate the public and ultimately help save lives!

The North Central Texas Emergency Communications District(NCT9-1-1) is responsible for 40 plus Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) in 14 counties surrounding the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The NCT9-1-1 Program serves a population of over 1.6 million and 10,000 plus square miles.
The purpose of this position is to provide complex administrative and clerical support to the NCT9-1-1 program. This is accomplished by providing customer service to the Director, supervisor, staff, and external stakeholders including the public.
Job duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Office supplies
- Facilities requests
- Meeting set up
- Records storage
- Mail/Fed Ex
- Inventory and maintaining stock
- Scribe for meetings
- Travel coordination
- Culture events coordination
- Special events coordination
- Data entry including NCT9-1-1's financial system
- Director support as requested
- Board of Managers support
- Excellent organizational skills are a must
- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
- Highly customer services oriented
- Able to multitask and prioritize
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years related work experience.
