About the Job:
Here’s your chance to work in a state-of-the-art 300mm analog wafer fab.
In this role, you’ll work with our engineering team as an RFAB Process Integration engineer.

Responsibilities include: ownership of technology parametric performance, Parametric Cpk improvements, parametric test dispositions including root cause determination for scrap or outliers, definition and evaluations of experiments to improve processes, short flow development, product flow creation/review, cross functional team leadership, to support the development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog technologies.

Experience two different assignments – start in a challenging role inside a TI manufacturing site or on an engineering team, and after 18-24 months you’ll rotate to a second role designed to broaden your experiences and grow your expertise.

Minimum Requirements:
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or semi-conductor specific: solid state physics, applied physics or quantum mechanics
• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or above

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
• Knowledge of semiconductor solid state physics (devices and materials).
• Demonstrated problem solving
• Drive to derive and implement solutions
• Experience and passion around building machines or equipment
• Good teamwork skills to work across all groups, along with good communication and presentation skills.
