Job Description

The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the visit of each guest to ST&R SPC and ensuring that they have an exceptional experience. They will liaise between guests and the facility team for organizing and coordinating administrative elements of guest visits/appointments and meetings/events including but not limited to communications, scheduling, and billing.

  • Greet guests and visitors to ST&R SPC in a friendly and courteous manner and ensures an optimal guest experience
  • Assist with tours of the Sports Performance Center
  • Answer the phones
  • Create and manage guest ID’s and badges
  • Assign locker codes for locker room
  • Maintain working knowledge of all SPC products
  • Direct guests to the appropriate area and assist with guest inquiries with exceptional customer service skills
  • Organize guest records, collect payment, and schedule appointments in both digital and hard copy formats per policies
  • Work with facility specific software for guest management and administrative efforts
  • Communication liaison between team members and guests
  • Work with facility team to resolve guest-related issues
  • Complete required reports and other documentation in a timely manner
  • Ensure optimal care for each guest by answering or referring inquiries and suggesting additional services or products to guests
  • Assist with administrative tasks aligned with events and meetings at the SPC in all event spaces.
  • Handle all guest service duties with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area including ordering supplies as needed
  • Support all other organizational objectives, plans, policies, and miscellaneous projects related to guest (both clinical and non-clinical) experience not specifically outlined above
Required Skills
  • Strong passion for guest services and customer service
  • Must be well organized, and excellent communicator including telephone skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • 3+ years’ experience in position requiring strong customer service skills
  • Experience working in a high performance culture and performing as a strong team player
  • Able to work evenings / weekends as needed
