Wellness & Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Resident Experience team. The Wellness and Experience Coordinator will report to the Director of Fitness & Wellness Programs and provide administrative support to our Wellness & Experience Specialists. This position is critical in the planning and facilitating of daily virtual events and onsite Wellness programs. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Zoom Source tracking - creating management source links for each event and embed them into the appropriate template with a 2-4-day turnaround
Zoom reports - attendance, source links, data
Assist with logo placement on monthly calendars and virtual forms
Support portfolio including assigned events
Assist with ZOOM fitness classes and events: setup, photos, and audit
Assist with tracking software and adding new instructors’ information and login information: address, phone number, e-mail, profile photo, biography, and pay rates as indicated on the new hire spreadsheet
Responsible for sending all new hires logo shirts
Other duties as needed for the department
The individual in this role must be very organized, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented
Ability to perform other duties as assigned to support the department
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a variety of audiences
Prior success in partnering with a team and building collaborative relationships
Strong administrative management, and problem-solving
Must be able to self-organize workloads and manage deadlines
Strong ability on accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Strong ability to manage competing work duties with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to multi-task and handle various duties at one time
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products

Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associates degree preferred with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the event planning industry
Experience working in a high-paced, changing, and rapid growth environment
Experience with the scheduling and management of a large variable workforce
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word: mail merge; Excel: reports, pivot tables, sorting and analyzing data; PowerPoint, and will provide training for other internal computer-based programs
Ability to pivot and adapt to programs and procedures that will continue to change to meet business needs
