Inbound Sales Manager

Do you have a passion for leading an inside sales team? Are you a self-starter with a competitive drive? Do you possess exceptional organizational and time management skills? VARIDESK® is looking for an experienced, energetic and goal orientated Inbound Sales Manager to add to its Sales Leadership Team. This position is a full-time, inside sales management role, with a focus on leading a team of Inbound Sales Associates on our Inbound Sales Team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work with leadership to set appropriate metrics and achieve those by successfully coaching, training, and developing the Inbound Sales Team
  • Establish, implement and monitor appropriate metrics to drive the right customer experience
  • Provide regular, consistent feedback to improve individual skills and productivity
  • Responsible for helping VARIDESK find future sales talent through university and career fairs
  • Own development of future VARIDESK sales talent through hands-on coaching and objective setting to master key competencies
  • Work strategically with peers in leadership to ensure proper business needs are being met
  • Identify and implement process improvements to achieve sales and customer experience objectives
  • Ensure consistency in sales call flow and skills as needed
  • Clearly understand and articulate sales and call data activity to the appropriate internal staff and leadership
  • Live monitoring and 1:1 coaching of sales reps to enhance soft skill training 

HOW YOU’LL GET THERE

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably leading an inbound sales team
  • Recruiting experience and training experience, a plus
  • Self-directed and able to work collaboratively outside of the department to drive effective process
  • Ability to identify, design, implement and monitor relevant performance metrics to support sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills
