Position Description
  • Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
  • Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
  • Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
  • Develops training development strategies
  • Directs the development of training programs, performance support tools, and resources
  • Drives the management of assigned training projects
  • Oversees associate development
  • Oversees the strategy for the development of digital and physical training material
  • Provides overall direction

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 5 years experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 7 years experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • 3 years project management experience.
  • 4 years supervisory experience.
  • Master s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Project Management certification.
  • Six Sigma certification.
